FOOTBALL SKILLS AND FILM STUDY
Coach O'Dell is our managing owner and is responsible for the daily operations of our sports performance facility including our in-house football skills training program, workout classes, recovery therapy services, and merchandise sales. Coach O'Dell played high school football in Texas and college football in California.

COACH GREEN
STRENGTH AND PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Coach Green is our managing partner, director of sports performance, and our head strength and conditioning coach. He provides group and private training for athletes on all levels, with over 30 years experience, including athletes, coaches, and trainers from 15 pro teams, 80 college teams, and 125 high school teams.
