We Do Not Give Refunds on Gym Memberships or Any Service.
Prepayment is required on all gym memberships and team use, recovery services, gym classes, weekly food orders, private and group training packages.
Point of Sale purchases such as drinks or individual meals are payable at time of purchase.
Sales Tax is applicable on all gym memberships, products, and gym services. Private training and counseling, plus frozen meals and supplements are not taxable. This could be subject to change.
Client Responsibility
Everyone using the gym is required to carry their own personal health insurance, and have a clearance to participate by their doctor. Annual physicals are highly recommended. Clients shall inform management of any medications or restrictions that can affect their training.
In the Event of a Serious Injury or Illness, a client may either freeze or transfer their gym membership to a direct family member only.
Training has its risk. All athletes and clients that use Texas Athletics agree to hold harmless the gym, owner, partners, and staff.
Gym Use Waivers are required for everyone working out at the gym. No Exceptions.
Payments and Fees
Payment terms include cash, debit, and credit cards. We will accept checks at our discretion.
Returned checks incur a $35 service fee.
Gym Membership Cancellations
Require email from participating gym member. Cancellation will be process within 10 business days. Please call and confirm we received your email.
